What Is the Dallah Test?

The "Dallah computer test" is the computer-based driving theory exam taken at approved driving schools in Saudi Arabia. It picked up the name from Dallah Driving School, one of the largest providers — but the theory exam itself is set under the General Directorate of Traffic (Moroor) and administered at approved schools across the Kingdom.

Every question is drawn from the official Moroor theoretical driving handbook, and your result appears immediately when you finish.

How the Exam Works

Multiple-choice questions taken on a computer at the training centre.

Every question comes from the official Moroor theoretical handbook — nothing outside it.

Road signs make up the single largest share of the exam.

You choose your language on screen before starting.

The result is shown on screen as soon as you finish.

⚠️

Published figures for the number of questions and time limit differ across sources (you will see both 30 and 35 questions, and 20 or 30 minutes). Confirm the exact count, time limit and pass mark with the training centre where you are booked, as details can vary by centre and change over time. The pass threshold is generally around 70%.

How to Prepare

1

Read the official Moroor handbook first — every exam question comes from it.

2

Drill road signs hardest. They are the biggest block of marks and the easiest to lose points on.

3

Take full timed mock exams, not just topic quizzes, so the real format holds no surprises.

4

Review every question you get wrong and read the explanation — repeat until the topic is solid.
